1 Head of cabbage, 1 package of cauliflower rice. Clean cabbage, cut off head, cut cabbage into 8 pieces. Chop one onion. Place raw onion in 1/4 cup of olive oil in a medium pot, saute for 3 minute. Place cabbage in pot with seasoning meet, salt and pepper to taste, add water; stir. Cook cabbage on medium for 2 hours or until smothered down. Microwave frozen cauliflower rice for 5 minutes. Serve cabbage a top cauliflower rice.
