I love to make this because it is very healthy. Start with zucchini, bell peppers yellow greeen and red, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, no water allow the tomatoes to be your juice and stir fry or simmer these with thyme, sea salt and pepper.

Allow this to simmer for about 15 mins and then eat. This is one of my daughers favorites meals and mine.
