I believe being attentive to the Lord in praying for others is an open door in this season. I have found when I am going through something in life allowing God to use me to bless someone else is the key to breakthrough. It also challenges your faith and lets God know how serious you are. Praying for others is the will of God not matter what we face.

Today I tried 1 banana 1 hand full of baby spinach, 3 pineapple pieces, half aple and half of an orange with a cup of water and blended. Although my son thought it was disgusting. It was good to me.

I think when you pray and fast its good God takes time to not only hear you but answer you and we go to Him. I have had God answer two of my prayers in the last two days. But before he did that when I was before him He begin to show me in the Spirit how His angels was moving quickly on my behalf. I encourage you as you are before our Father thank him and welcome His angels during this time to get busy on your behalf. Thankful hearts open up great doors from heaven. Dr. Kirk

I find when I pray and fast I always document and date what God does during that time. I often look back to my prayer and fasting journals and its encouraging to see my spiritual group but also God answer my prayers. This is a great way to encourage ourselves on the concecration by reading what God has done for us. Also it lets God know how serious we are by thanking him for what he has done during prayer and fasting times. :) Dr. Kirk

5 Pineapple slices, Kale, 1 orange, 1 apple, and a cup of water mix it in the blender and enjoy.

I love to make this because it is very healthy. Start with zucchini, bell peppers yellow greeen and red, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, no water allow the tomatoes to be your juice and stir fry or simmer these with thyme, sea salt and pepper. Allow this to simmer for about 15 mins and then eat. This is one of my daughers favorites meals and mine. Dr. Kirk
